Take a look inside the industrial chic Coffee Hunter, now serving up a Portland-inspired coffee shop near Sunset Park. The space offers room for local artists to display their work. The coffee shop from owner Hunter Hawkins serves up the full range of the city's Stumptown Coffee brand, and Stumptown Coffee lovers can drink their Hairbender espresso among reclaimed woods, metal and concrete. The design is from busy downtown creative Rob Gurdison, who is also working on the bricks-and-mortar upgrade for The Goodwich.
Don’t think Coffee Hunter is coffee alone. Guests can order pasties from the Cornish Pasty Co., Woodblock Chocolate from Portland, Happy Endings Chocolate, Rip van Wafels, Bearded Bros. energy bars, and a large selection of gluten free items such as cookies, madeleines and biscottis from UR Sweet Madness, as well as the Portuguese chocolate treat, brigadeiros.
Wander around.
