You know you want to look inside El Burro Borracho, the newest restaurant from Guy Fieri at the Rio. The restaurant, with room for 200, including 70 in a private dining room, goes for that ode to Day of the Dead decor and, naturally, its namesake drunk ass.

The restaurant features an open kitchen and long bar for those margaritas and tequilas. Running horizontally throughout the restaurant is an art in the style of Fieri’s tattoos detailing his life’s story and created by his personal tattoo artist Craig Frazier.

Niemitz Design created the look and feel of the restaurant that takes over the shuttered Buzios Seafood Restaurant. The 5,556-square-foot space, with an estimated construction budget of $1.4 million, is now open at the resort.

This marks Fieri’s second restaurant in Las Vegas. He already has Guy Fieri’s Vegas Kitchen & Bar at the Linq. It’s also his second El Burro Borracho. Harrah's Laughlin debuted in a smaller 4,915-square-foot footprint a year ago.
