Family run Stephano's Greek and Mediterranean Grill have been serving Las Vegas since 1998 and are now close to debuting their third location in the former home of another familiar local name.
Last year, Khoury's Mediterranean Restaurant vacated their long-term residence at the Lynden Square retail center and are now open at their larger, 3,200-square-foot space at Village Square. Filling the Spring Valley site, Stephano's is now very close to debuting, not far from DW Bistro.
The grill's casual menu includes hummus, baba ganoush, feta and falafel small dishes. Gyro, kebab and chicken shawarma bowls arrive with Israeli salads and pita. Plate dishes are served with hummus and salad and include kofta and pork souvlaki and Greek favorite meals moussaka and lasagna can be followed by baklava or rice pudding. They also take care to cater to vegan and vegetarian customers.
Stephano's second expansion was into Henderson and sits at the intersection of Eastern and West Horizon Ridge Parkway.
