Hi Scores Bar-Arcade's expansion from Henderson to the southwest is almost complete, with a social media update hoping they might be able to soft open this weekend. Taking over the Home Plate Bar & Grill at 4785 Blue Diamond Road, Hi Scores will bring their 1980s video arcade meets modern tavern concept, split into two distinct sections and add a patio, TVs and dining.
One side of the building will feature the Hi Scores signature collection of arcade games and '80s memorabilia. The other side hosts the tavern with real-money video poker. The arcade will feature 32 beer taps, creating a more craft beer focus, while the gaming section offers 16 taps. Guests can order from the pub food menu and also watch sports in either area.
The exterior features a partially lime exterior, to match their original Henderson location and the color scheme of the cult arcade game, Golden Tee Golf, co-created by Richard Ditton, the proprietor of Hi Scores.
