Behold The New Brunch Menu at Herringbone

Herringbone's new brunch launches March 26

Your newest brunch in Las Vegas kicks off on Saturday, March 26, just in time for Easter. Herringbone at Aria rolls out executive chef Geno Bernardo’s new menu inspired by local markets. Look for dishes such as a crab cake Benny with poached farm eggs, spicy Hollandaise, and crispy leeks as well as shrimp and grits with aged cheddar, scallions, a poached egg and barbecue béarnaise. Wash brunch down with everlasting Bellinis and by-the-pitcher cocktails. A rotating lineup of local performers brings the music.

Then grab brunch every Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
