Elixir Extends Its Brunch Hours and Las Vegas Restaurant Week Returns

HENDERSON — Elixir now serves brunch from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. every Sunday. Dishes include the strawberry sandwich with toasted bread filled with Nutella, cream cheese and strawberries; bread pudding French toast served with maple syrup; a poached egg salad  served over garlic toast with julienned bacon and red onions tossed in bacon vinaigrette; a Monte cristowith ham, turkey, Swiss, mustard and mayo served with maple syrup; eggs Benedict with choice of bacon, ham or sausage and served with hash browns; a breakfast quesadilla; and a Florentine omelet topped with spinach, mushrooms, onions, tomatoes and feta cheese. Everything goes for $9.95 and includes a basket of mini muffins for the table. The menu also includes a mimosa and the bloody Mary for $6. Zardetta Prosecco is also available for $8 a glass.
