After 10 years in Las Vegas, the city’s biggest culinary event needed to pull out all the stops. Vegas Uncork’d by Bon Appétit is bringing Dinner on the Strip with seating for hundreds of guests served family-style on the Venetian’s Doge’s Palace, an event that at one point wanted to close the Strip and serve right on Las Vegas Boulevard. Emeril Lagasse, Daniel Boulud, Kim Canteenwalla and Olivier Dubreuil from the Venetian and Mandarin Oriental executive chef David Werly serve up the food on Thursday, April 28. Tickets are $375 per person.
Tickets for Fete du Jardin also go on sale today. The event features a vegetarian lunch with Daniel Boulud at DB Brasserie at the Venetian. The four-course lunch will feature French cuisine paired with wines on Friday, April 29. Tickets are $125 per person.
In other Vegas Uncork’d news, Chase Sapphire card members can land a private cocktail hour at Lagasse’s Stadium with light bites and seating at the Venetian’s Doge’s Palace piazza.
“Every year we strive to create experiences that illustrate the culinary caliber, personalities and excitement that make Las Vegas a world-class dining destination,” said Adam Rapoport, Bon Appétit editor in chief, in a statement. “We couldn’t be more delighted to invite our guests to join us at an event that simply can’t be replicated anywhere else in the world.”
