Next up for Green Valley Ranch and Clique Hospitality? Bottiglia Enoteca, the new Italian restaurant with approachable rustic Italian fare and a robust wine list with choices from Napa County and Sonoma County in California, Italy, France and all around the world.
The restaurant designed by Alessandro Munge from Munge Studio plans to be decked out in floral prints while the kitchen plans to serve up Tuscan-style fare from chef Brian Massie, who already heads up the kitchen at Hearthstone Kitchen & Cellar at Red Rock Resort, just opened The Still at the Mirage and has more under his belt.
He plans to serve anti-pastas, salads, fresh fish and the house speciality, pappardelle Bolognese with braised short ribs, truffle ricotta and piquillo pepper gravy.
The patio will play a huge role here with its fire pit and view of the surrounding desert.
Clique Hospitality from Andy Masi also has Clique at the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas and Salute Trattoria Italiana at Red Rock Resort as well as Hearthstone Kitchen & Cellar and The Still. Expect an April opening for Bottiglia.
