Utah-based chain Kneaders Bakery & Cafe has such a Las Vegas following, locals have been known to boast on social media about driving hundred of miles to sate their cravings. Now, Henderson has a fixed date to ease the commute for fans of their in-house baked goods. And the bakery is well on its way to building a second location in the northwest.
Joe Peterson will debut the first Nevada Kneaders Bakery on Thursday, April 7, at 5 p.m. with a ribbon cutting by the Henderson Chamber of Commerce. The first 100 customers will receive a serving of their "chunky cinnamon French toast."
Opening hours will be Monday through Saturday from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. and guests can either head inside, or use the drive-thru for a menu of sandwiches, salads, pastries and a breakfast menu ranging from to omelets their signature French toast.
The brand is also heading to the northwest, building another ground-up site at 100 W. Craig Rd. close to Tenaya and the Golden Desert Plaza retail center home of Saffron Flavors of India. They expect to debut this June.
