Spaghetty Western debuted two years ago, describing itself as a "Northern Italian Gastronomia Deli with a Western American flavor." Now, the "eat boutique" is expanding, but they didn't have to look far for the extra space.
Located in the Southern Highlands Marketplace, at the corner of Southern Highlands and Somerset Hills Avenue, Spaghetty Western will be expanding right next door from their existing suite 103 and taking over suite 102. The upgrade will create a combination 2,296-square-foot restaurant, almost doubling the size and also allowing the owners to add a new bar.
The compact, existing room also serves as a working deli, with some seating running parallel to the deli counter. Open daily from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. and until 8 p.m on Sundays, the bistro menu includes specialties such as Pasta Spec, created with peas, mushrooms, "4 Cheeses sauce" and speck, a very thinly sliced smoked ham, plus "Linguini Fisherman's Cioppino."
A timetable for the Spaghetty Western upgrades have not been revealed.
