A new Hawaiian-inspired local concept is set to debut within weeks in Henderson and the owners already have firm plans for rapid Las Vegas expansion. Soulfish Poke will take over shuttered juice bar Juice NV this May at the Park Place Shopping Mall, close to Twin Peaks Henderson.
Already hiring, Soulfish Poke's casual menu is based around poke bowls — the classic Hawaiian dish of sliced, raw fish — and a variety of mixed-in options, all served over rice. With zero fanfare before their opening date, the company promises that two more locations will debut in the southwest later this summer, with another two unidentified leases under negotiation.
One of those locations is confirmed for the corner of Warms Springs and Durango, a 1,430-square-foot space at the Orange Grove retail center, also home to SkinnyFats. A third Soulfish location is expected to arrive somewhere on Rainbow.
Juice NV was an an early contender in the recent influx of fresh pressed juice stores, but has now shuttered both their original outpost and a smaller location inside Town Square's Look Style Society salon.
