The Habit Burger Grill wasn't kidding when it announced plans to build 15 locations around Las Vegas. Promising we have "only just begun," the company's second local outpost is confirmed to debut this summer, with 58 dining seats, "including indoor and outdoor dining, complete with a drive-thru window."
As previously revealed, the grill will occupy 2,618 square feet of space at the Blue Diamond Ranch Center, at the corner of Decatur and Blue Diamond. The restaurant will slot next to Cafe Rio and also take over the neighboring shuttered Beanz Coffee Cafe.
The first Habit Burger Grill debuted locally in August 2015 at the Hughes Center, with a larger 86-seat footprint, but lacking the drive-thru option at the new venture.
The rapidly expanding franchise's specialty is cooking burgers over an open flame. French fries, onion rings and sweet potato fries are cooked in soybean oil, while the ranch dressing is "prepared in house daily." A 2014 Consumer Reports reader's poll placed Habit Burger Grill at number one, beating out rivals In-N-Out Burger and Five Guys Burgers and Fries.
