The CB's Legacy Menu Keeps the Memory of Bernard's Bistro Alive

Fans of chef Bernard Tordjman have a familiar menu to enjoy

The former Bernard's Bistro location in Henderson is now officially back in business as CB's Legacy, paying direct tribute to the late chef and namesake restaurateur Bernard Tordjman, who died late last year.

Chanthy Walsh, who runs both the Mexican- and California-inspired Sonrisa Grill and steak and seafood restaurant Essence & Herbs at the Montelago Village at Lake Las Vegas, is overseeing the project team. Essence & Herbs is described as the "sister" restaurant to CB's and occupies the original Bernard's Bistro space that shuttered in early 2015 after eight years in business.

In charge of the menu, chef Enrique Delgado, a chef Tordjman protégé, who has kept alive many of the bistro favorites. Delgado is also serving a weekend brunch including eggs Benedict, seafood and artichoke crepes and their "classic French onion soup."

Opening hours are Tuesday to Friday from 4 to 9 p.m. and Saturday to Sunday from 10:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. Their weekend brunch is scheduled from 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. CB's is closed on Mondays.
