Le Dîner en Blanc
, the dinner where every guest wears all-white attire, made its debut on Sunday with a night of dining in a secret location. More than 1,000 people showed up to dine at the last-minute location. At the last minute, guests discovered they were dining with their own gourmet picnic baskets and white blankets at The Park, the new entertainment venue between New York-New York and the Monte Carlo that opened earlier in April. Some guests brought their own food while others called upon high-profile chefs such as Royden Ellamar at Harvest at the Bellagio to put together a cornucopia of dishes.

The 30-year-old dinner that launched in Paris took place in Las Vegas for the first time this year after rumors first started circulating four years ago.

Guests had to sign up for the waiting list and had to attend, rain or shine.
