As any good holiday requires, Passover involves food. That means matzo, an unleavened bread, and haroset, a mixture of apples, nuts, wine and cinnamon, to name a few traditions of this Jewish holiday. This year, Passover starts on Friday, April 22, and ends the evening of

Honey Salt
Honey Salt celebrates the holiday with traditional Passover menu items served a la carte. Look for matzo ball soup for $8; honey-glazed chicken with cauliflower hash browns and thyme jus for $24; red wine-raised brisket with maple- glazed root vegetables, prunes and roasted potatoes for $30; and flourless Valrhona chocolate cake with vanilla bean ice cream for $9.
Andiron Steak & Sea
Andiron Steak & Sea celebrates Passover with holiday favorites served a la carte or $45 for the entire meal with choice of entrée. Try the chopped chicken liver matzo crackers, served to everyone. Guests can then order matzo ball soup with chicken broth and braised vegetables for $10; Grandma Rose’s braised short rib with roasted fingerling potatoes and Meyer lemon gremolata for $31; Mary’s organic chicken breast with broccolini and onion jus for $27; and flourless chocolate cake with vanilla bean ice cream for $8.
Feast Buffets
All Station Casinos Feast Buffets have Passover lunch and dinner specials from Friday, April 22, through Saturday, April 30t. Brisket, matzo brie, honey-glazed chicken and herbed new potatoes are just some of the dishes offered during this holiday.
Rampart Buffet
The buffet at the JW Marriott has a Passover buffet on April 22 and 23 for $19.99 with a club card and $21.99 without a club card. Friday seafood night and Saturday steakhouse night will not be available on these dates.
