Wondering when Bottiglia Cuchina & Enoteca plans to open at Green Valley Ranch? The Italian restaurant from Clique Hospitality will open on May 12 at the resort.
Chef Brian Massie leads the menu of what he’s calling "refined Italian cuisine commonly found on Italy's Amalfi and Apulia coasts." The Tuscan-style food will feature house-made pastas, including the house speciality of papperdella Bolognese with braised short ribs, truffle ricotta and piquillo pepper gravy.
Expect a weeknight happy hour from 5 to 7 p.m. with wood-roasted eggplant, classic fontina arancini and a Caprese salad with Buratta and tomatoes for $6 each.
On the wine menu, find bottles from Napa and Sonoma, Northern and Southern Rhone and more. Also behind the bar, specialty cocktails and craft beers.
On May 15, Bottiglia will launch a Sunday brunch with classic Italian breakfast and lunch options.
The restaurant plans to have a shaded oversized patio with a fire pit that wraps around the exterior with room for 80 guests. A 24-person private dining room also has access to the patio.
