Local success story Hot N Juicy Crawfish is joining fellow Las Vegas natives Nacho Daddy in their first expansion to the Strip. New paperwork reveals they will become the latest addition to the slowing expanding restaurant row on the Harmon Avenue side of the Miracle Mile Shops.
The casual sit down restaurant will feature a bar, and just like Nacho Daddy a few steps away, offer a mezzanine balcony and outdoor patio.
The design is expected to be "Southern rustic," to complement their Cajun and Louisiana inspired menu, creating a self-described "bayside eatery."
Later this year, the completed block of casual dining choices will begin with the already opened Buffalo Wild Wings and end at the Dallas-based Texas Land & Cattle Steakhouse, still being constructed inside the former Todai Japanese buffet. Nacho Daddy is aiming for an August debut.
Hot N Juicy Crawfish operates 10 nationwide locations, from Florida to West Hollywood and locally, two destinations on Spring Mountain and one in Henderson. The team are expanding to New York City this May. The Hot N Juicy specialty is to encourage guests to eat with their hands and dive into mounds of choices such as crawfish, shrimp, Andouille sausages, corn and potatoes with a range of spice levels and garlic butter, Louisiana- and Cajun-style seasonings.
