Estiatorio Milos is heading for a few weeks of temporary shutter mode at the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas while the Greek restaurant undergoes a round of "repairs and maintenance." Their Mediterranean menu will be on hold from Monday, April 4, until April 19. Reservations are already being accepted for dinner service on their Tuesday night return. The construction improvements have been allocated an estimated budget of $173,817.
In 2013, General Manager Savvas Georgiadis revealed to Eater Vegas, January through March comprised their busiest season, catering to a steady, loyal base of conventioneers.
Estiatorio Milos sits adjacent to the former P3 Studio art gallery rooms, now being demolished to make way for the fall arrival of Zuma, the famed London Japanese sushi and robata grill restaurant and re-opens in time for the much-anticipated debut of New York's Beauty & Essex on May 16 in the former Comme Ca space.
Later in the year, Blue Ribbon Sushi Bar & Grill will also temporarily close and return as a new concept from owner Eric and Bruce Bromberg. While, one floor down at the resort, the action-packed year of changes will see the arrival of Eggslut, David Chang's Momofuku and Christina Tosi's Milk Bar.
