The Bronze Cafe Takes Over The Market in Downtown Las Vegas

Bronze Café expands now that it plans to partner with The Market, the Downtown Las Vegas grocery store and deli. Come May, expect the Bronze Café at The Market to take over the East Fremont Street location.

Grocery staples such as fresh produce, dairy items, meats and cheeses as well as wine and beer remain, but Bronze Café executive chef Peter Bastien plans to bring vegan meats and cheeses, organic groceries and healthy beverage and snack options. Home and office grocery delivery, online ordering and curbside pickup come on board by summer.  

Bronze Café will continue to operate its first location at The Center.

Bronze Café serves up sandwiches, salads, soups, smoothies and pastries as well as an espresso bar. The cafe menu features vegan and gluten-free options. Of course, some of their more popular dishes include a turkey, bacon, house-made bacon jam and house-made Green Goddess chicken salad.
