Some "Miami style" will debut at Town Square soon with the arrival of Neche in the upper level former home of Coconuts Beach Bar & Mexican Grill. Originally planned to open in December, the 9,184-square-foot space will become a "trendsetting restaurant, bar, and ultra lounge," open until very late and hosting live performances, lounge seating, two bars and two outdoor patios.
Already promised for the menu, all-natural, organic, and non-GMO ingredients, plus "seasonal produce, exotic meats, and wild caught sustainable seafood." Special emphasis will be given to guests following a "vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, lactose intolerance and Paleo Diet."
"'Paleo friendly ciders and gluten free spirits" will even be found on the drinks menu, plus "small batch and artisan spirits, micro brews, and unique wines."
Daily live entertainment includes DJs on Fridays, Saturdays and "Industry Tuesdays." "Throwback Thursday" will reach back into a '80s an '90s music catalog and the Miami theme continues on "Salsa Sunday's," featuring professional dancers. Their "Wine & Jazz" night will slow things down every Monday.
Once imagined to be open for lunch, the latest updates point to Neche beginning service at 3 p.m., but not shutting down the fun until as late as 3.30 a.m. On Saturday and Sunday, a "small plate" brunch begins at 10.30 a.m., with even more live music, "flaming Bananas Foster crepes, and an interactive Bloody Mary experience."
Neche has been approved to open by the Southern Nevada Health Department.
