Chef Guy Savoy’s newest eatery, Brioche by Guy Savoy, now serves up quick-service dishes in the former Payard space near the entrance to Caesars Palace. Savoy modeled the space after his Parisian brioche concept, Goût de Brioche.

Restaurant Guy Savoy’s executive pastry chef Sebastien Polycarpe creates the sweet and savory brioche treats here. Look for varieties with almonds and candied fruits, Nutella, peanut butter and jelly and cinnamon. On the savory side find onion confit, prosciutto and cheese and bacon, cheese and jalapeño.

Also find brioninis, pressed sandwiches made with flaky brioche buns, in vegetarian, prosciutto with tomato and cheese, and chicken pesto.

Coperaco Coffee Co. provides the coffee that comes in cappuccinos, lattes, café au laits and more.

Savoy’s Restaurant Guy Savoy can also be found at the resort in the Augustus Tower.
