WYNN LAS VEGAS — The lounge at Lakeside has a new happy hour that includes Hawaiian-inspired small plates such as poke and oysters. A Hawaiian fish and chips with day boat tempura and sweet and sour dipping sauce as well as a Wagyu short rib loco moco with sunny-side quail egg, gravy and sesame rice also make the menu, as well as East and West Coast oysters, which can be baked with red miso or kimchi upon request. Look for the happy hour nightly in Lakeside’s lounge from 5:30 to 7 p.m. [EaterWire]
