WYNN LAS VEGAS — The lounge at Lakeside has a new happy hour that includes Hawaiian-inspired small plates such as poke and oysters. Look for charred octopus with pickled daikon, hearts of palm and sea beans as well as pork belly with white sugarloaf pineapple, sweet chili sauce and sesame rice; and ocean trout with avocado, yuzu tobiko and sriracha aioli. A Hawaiian fish and chips with day boat tempura and sweet and sour dipping sauce as well as a Wagyu short rib loco moco with sunny-side quail egg, gravy and sesame rice also make the menu, as well as East and West Coast oysters, which can be baked with red miso or kimchi upon request.
