Inspectors gave the restaurant 39 demerits during the inspection that revealed employees not properly washing their hands, food exposed to potential contamination, ineffective pest control measures, food held at the wrong temperature and more.

SNHD has inspected the restaurant six times since 2013, and the restaurant has received on C grade that year. The restaurant also earned B grades in 2014 and 2015.

The health district conducts unannounced inspections at least once a year. Inspections are posted online about five days after the inspection. The Southern Nevada Health District routinely shuts down restaurants that receive more than 40 demerits. Restaurants have the option of requesting a re-inspection before the next scheduled inspection.
