Featuring floor-to-ceiling windows, an industrial chic interior and dark wood accents everywhere you look, sushi and seafood grill Pier 215 has now officially debuted in Spring Valley, close to the 215 Beltway, on the corner of Durango and Arby.

On the Asian-American fusion menu, live lobster, crab legs, ocean trout and neck clams and Pacific, Fanny Bay, Kumamoto and Kusshi oyster selections from the raw bar. Sushi and sashimi can be bought by the piece, with choices like giant clam and Japanese snapper. Tapas choices include braised black cod, pork belly and tempura options. Featured specialties include chicken katsu, a New England style lobster roll and an Angus rib eye steak.

Located in the brand new Durango Arby Plaza retail center, Pier 215's new neighbor will be Ramen Kobo, still in the final phases of construction from the same team as Monta Ramen in Chinatown and Monta Chaya in Henderson.
