Take a look inside Olivia's Latin Cuisine Bar & Mariscos, the new restaurant from Faviola Trujillo at the Boulevard Mall. She already has two outposts of her Taco Y Taco Mexican Eatery, but this restaurant has a focus on seafood dishes.
The 5,318-square-foot restaurant has its own exterior entrance and patio dining. Over the large central bar sit multiple TVs, and Olivia's is encouraging new customers to head over to sample tequila, rums martinis during the day, an activity few would have considered before the $25 million upgrades by Roland Sansone and his Sansone Companies, who salvaged the declining mall in 2014 for $54.5 million.
