Soulfish Poke have only just officially debuted their first quick, casual concept in Henderson, but their second and third locations are already arriving very soon. The locally created chain operates like a Chipotle of poke, offering guests a bowl to be filled with rice, or noodles, then move on to a main choice of Alaska salmon, yellowfin Ahi tuna, tiger shrimp, scallops or octopus. Tofu is also an option.
Their second home is promised to arrive in June inside a 1,430-square-foot space at the Orange Grove retail center, close to SkinnyFats. Impressively, a third location is already planned to debut a few short weeks later in July, also in Spring Valley, at the Rainbow Sunset Pavilion retail center. The 1,260-square-foot space sits inside a former hair salon next door to the shuttered Novecento Pizzeria and close to the much-anticipated future home of Bonchon Chicken.
Soulfish is also considering adding two more local expansions. The simple menu includes their own creations like the shrimp and mango "Energy" bowl, built with micro mint, orange segments, red onion, shaved garlic and dried shrimp and the "Spicy Spirit," created with spicy sriracha Ahi tuna and pickled ginger. The make-your-own bowls are priced $8.50 for small, $10 for medium and $11.50 for large.
