La Bella Napoli Pizzeria

Still in soft opening mode during their first official week of firing up the ovens, La Bella Napoli Pizzeria is welcoming guests to their new upper level Town Square home, replacing English's Quintessentially British.
Run by husband and wife team Adriano and Fabiana Baianco, their "head pizza chef" and former student at the Pizzeria Gaetano Genovesi in Naples, La Bella's menu will feature imported Italian ingredients and a Stefano Ferrara Brick Oven, "created with bricks from Santa Maria in the Campania region of Italy, mortar from volcanic sand collected from Mt. Vesuvius and Biscotto di Sorrento from Sorrento."
The interior is designed with wooden barrels, lighting inside wine bottles and a "vertical garden." On the menu, antipasti like scalopine al marsala and tomato carpaccio, salads, pasta, a kids menu and over two dozen pizzas like the Porcini Parmesan made with porcini, sausages, provola, olive oil and basil.
They also serve rachettas, "a one-of-a-kind pie that looks like a tennis racket" with the handle of the pizza created with a stuffed calzone. La Bella Napoli provides "fast lunch options" and takeout.
