Wondering who is behind the food menu at the new Pub 365 opening at the Tuscany this summer? The craft beer haven plans to feature 365 rotating craft beers and 40 draft handles.
Carlos Buscaglia, the chef behind Due Forni, is consulting on the menu at the bar. He tells Eater Vegas he’s working on flat breads, tacos, burgers and small bites.
Pub 365 plans to take over the east end of the casino floor with 1,800 square feet of pub space. A 1,052-square-foot private dining room sits next to the space.
The bar plans to have craft beers on tap, all served by Cicerone-certified beer servers trained to provide pairing suggestions. The bar also plans to have a beer loyalty program that gives members the opportunity to win exclusive prizes, attend private tap parties and score a personalized tap on the pub’s Founder’s Wall. The app-based program will allow guests to earn rewards based on the number of beers they try from the rotating menu.
Expect hours daily from 11 a.m. to 4 a.m., serving lunch, dinner and late-night bites.
