Distill, the locals bar and restaurant with two locations in Las Vegas, plans to open a third in the former home of Karma Hookah Lounge in Centennial later this summer.
Already the location at 6430 N. Durango Drive filed a special use permit to open a 6,683-square-foot tavern with the city. Expect a 2,000-square-foot patio. Rumors point to underground parking for this location.
Distill plans to serve food, cocktails, wine and 25 domestic and imported beers 24 hours a day. Find 18 HDTVs, pool, Golden Tee and 15 gaming machines with more than 55 games.
Expect dishes such as the ahi tuna poke stack, fried pickle straws, street tacos, mashed potato bites and a pot roast spring roll. Breakfast, burgers, "not round" pizzas, sliders and more make the menu.
Some of the $10 specialty cocktails include Grandad’s Remedy with Old Forester, Angostura bitters and sweet and sour as well as The Mad Mule with Ketel One Citroen Vodka, lime juice, simple syrup, orange bitters and ginger beer.
Distill already has locations in Southern Highlands and Summerlin.
