Bandito Latin Kitchen & Cantina, the new Mexicue restaurant from Kent Harman and chef Mike Minor, already announced plans to open a 4,000-square-foot restaurant at East Flamingo Road between Howard Hughes Parkway and Paradise Road in late 2016 or early 2017.
Now comes word that the remainder of that 14,160-square-foot building plans to feature seven tenant spaces ranging from approximately 1,300 to just over 4,000 square feet and H20 Sushi & Izakaya, a “hip” Japanese restaurant, takes over one of them.
The traditional Japanese cuisine with a “modern, exotic touch” has several locations in California and is one of several brands operated by restaurant entrepreneur, Jae Chang, and his company JC Holdings Group, LLC.
Look for tuna or octopus carpaccio, a yakitori bar with oysters and Korean-style beef, small plates including triple lotus spicy tuna and mozzarella tempura, bento boxes and tempura ice cream. Expect a 2017 debut and more announcements on the remaining spaces soon.
