Fans of gluten-free, dairy-free, nut-free and vegan dishes rejoice. The new Eatt brings healthy options from executive chef Yuri Szarzewski, who spent two years working at the two Michelin star restaurant L'Oustau de Baumanière at Les Baux de Provence.
Look for miso-marinated wild-caught salmon with beets, apples and soy sprouts, chicken with carrots and peas and an eight-ounce rib-eye steak with French ratatouille. Quiche Lorraine, a chicken wrap and more make the menu, with everything noting whether it is gluten-free, dairy-free, nut-free, organic or vegan. Nothing costs more than $16.
A praline puff pastry, cheesecake and a Parisian baguette are among the sweets, as are ealthy desserts such as a macaron, seasonal fruit salad and tiramisu.
Manager Nicolas Kalpokdjian, who worked with more than 30 chefs in China, Hong Kong, France and Brazil, and pastry chef Vincent Pellerin, who earned his master pastry chef degree in a two Michelin star restaurant in the South of France Oustau de Baumanière, round out the team.
