The prix fixe menu includes a summer radish with whipped butter and smoked sea salt, followed by first course choices such as poke yellowfin tuna with shoyu, Maui onions and macadamia nuts; shrimp ceviche clamato with avocado, scallions, tomato salsa and saltines; or burrata with La Quercia prosciutto, pesto, melon, grilled bread and balsamico.
