Four Vital Brunch Updates at Las Vegas Restaurants

A brunch for two, one for the dogs, another to get the party started and an ’80s party

ARIA — Herringbone now has a coastal brunch for two that includes a bottle of Chateau d’Esclans Whispering Angle Rosé 2015 for $55 per person. The prix fixe menu includes a summer radish with whipped butter and smoked sea salt, followed by first course choices such as poke yellowfin tuna with shoyu, Maui onions and macadamia nuts; shrimp ceviche clamato with avocado, scallions, tomato salsa and saltines; or burrata with La Quercia prosciutto, pesto, melon, grilled bread and balsamico. Second choices include bacon and egg ravioli pancetta, farm egg and parmesan; Market Catch farmers market vegetables and citrus; crab cake benny with lump crab meat, poached farm egg, spicy hollandaise and crispy leeks; or Bobby’s sliders with Kobe beef, aged cheddar, grilled onions and spiced fries. DOWNTOWN — Glutton now has a dog-friendly brunch on Saturdays and Sundays from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Guests can order the wild mushroom omelet with goat cheese and breakfast potatoes; yeast-risen pancakes with cultured butter and maple cider syrup; the proper breakfast sandwich with house-made sausage, caramelized onions, soft scrambled eggs, spicy bacon mayo, cheddar and duck fat potatoes; and a breakfast salad with wild greens, bacon, soft poached egg, duck fat potatoes and green goddess dressing. VENETIAN — DB Brasserie has a Pre-Bash Brunch on Saturdays and Sundays between 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. for $19 per person. Guests can add bottomless mimosas and bloody Marys for $20 per person. The brunch includes seasonal fresh fruit and pastry basket, followed by the choice of entrées, including eggs Benedict with a choice of bacon, short rib or smoked salmon; an omelet with parmesan and spinach and a choice of sausage, Canadian bacon or smoked salmon; or brioche French toast with seasonal fruit, sorbet and Chantilly.
