The team behind local favorites Monta Ramen in Chinatown and Monta Chaya in Henderson have debuted their latest creation Ramen Kobo in Spring Valley, and they've included an added menu twist. Their self-described "noodle making factory" is encouraging you to make your meal "hot & spicy," with the option of turning up the heat to "fire."
As guests walk into the compact, 1,542-square-foot casual spot, staff can be watched making the noodles fresh. In addition to choose-your-own ingredients ramen bowls, guests can also order a pork belly bowl over rice and the "mini mentaiko bowl," created with spicy fish roe.
Located in the Durango Arby retail center, opening hours are Monday to Friday from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m and then 5 until 11 p.m. On Saturday and Sunday they serve from 11:30 a.m. to 11 p.m.
