COSMOPOLITAN OF LAS VEGAS — From noon to 4 p.m., guests can order a Spanish-style lunch of three to four tapas, $25 and $30 respectively, showcasing the unique small plates crafted by José Andrés at Jaleo. The menu includes Escalivada Catalana with open fire-roasted peppers, eggplant and sweet onions with Sherry dressing; Pulpo a Feira Maestro Alfonso with boiled octopus, peewee potatoes, pimento and olive oil; Mini Pepito de Ibérico, a Spanish mini burger made from the acorn-fed, black-footed ibérico pigs of Spain with ibérico bacon; Flan al estilo tradicional de mamá Marisa con espuma de crema Catalana, a classic Spanish flan with espuma of Catalan cream and oranges; and Helados y sorbetes caseros con carquinyolis, a choice of house-made ice cream or sorbets with a traditional Catalan crisp.
