"Gourmet cinnamon rolls" are on their way to Spring Valley, as Berkeley, Calif.-based Cinnaholic makes good on their promise to bring "100% vegan" and "dairy & lactose-free, egg-free and cholesterol-free" rolls to Las Vegas.
The bakery is almost ready to debut and has announced they will host a "Grand Opening" later this month, at suite 103 at The Mall at Grand Canyon retail center, next door to breakfast and lunch restaurant Bite.
Created by husband and wife team Shannon and Florian Radke, Cinnaholic gained national attention on ABC TV's Shark Tank, rocketing their original Berkeley home into a must-visit location and sparking expansion into Georgia and Texas.
Cinnaholic’s custom-made rolls are only baked after customers chose a frosting from a list of 30 choices and then further customize from more than 20 toppings options. A standard roll can be bought with vanilla frosting and smaller "baby buns" are available.
For guests who can’t make up their minds, road-tested rolls promised for Las Vegas, include blueberry waffle, banana cream pie and chocolate maple pie. Unusual toppings include gingersnap cookies and pie crumble and frostings have included pumpkin spice, cream soda, Irish cream, root beer and piña colada.
An exact debut date and opening hours will be announced soon.
