Mark your calendars. The very first Cracker Barrel Old Country Store makes its debut at the Silverton on Monday, July 25.

Look for a 10,000 square-foot restaurant and front porch that seats 180 guests. Cracker Barrel hired 212 jobs for the restaurant that plans to be open from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday.

The menu includes dishes from breakfast to dinner that includes a chicken and dumplings platter, roast beef dinner, chicken fried chicken and a haddock dinner. At breakfast, pancakes, Uncle Herschel’s Favorites with fried chicken tenderloins, hickory-smoked country ham, grilled pork chop, sugar cured ham, U.S. farm-raised catfish,or a half-pound hamburger steak and more make the menu.

For dessert, find a frozen mug sundae, apple pie, a cobbler sundae and baked apple dumpling.

The gift store features cast iron cookware, old fashioned candy treats, collectible figurines, classic children’s toys, antiques and memorabilia.

Inside, the space is decorated with "original pieces of Americana and genuine artifacts on display that reflect the Las Vegas community."

Cracker Barrel already serves an average of 1,000 guests a day in each of its 639 stores in 43 states.
