Naked City Tavern Makes Its Big Debut Today

Christopher Palmeri expands his Naked City Pizza empire with his newest location. Today Naked City Tavern goes into soft opening mode with just the pizza menu. By August, expect the entire lunch, dinner, pizza and overnight menus to roll out.

Palmeri opened his original location on Arville inside Moon Doggies and then expanded to Paradise Road. This third location features a bar, restaurant and 15 gaming machines inside the former home of Blind Tiger Bar & Grill, the 24-hour bar at 6295 S. Pecos Road. That bar was probably better known for its provocative signs than its bar scene.

Palmeri says he’s going for an "older Vegas feel in the place. It's going to have the Naked City Pizza staples of pizza and wings, possibly an appetizer or sandwich but that will be it," at what he’s calling Naked City Tavern.

But the best news for Naked City fans is that Palmeri will broaden his menu with new dishes "showcasing what I've wanted to do for a long time, things similar to a lot of the specials I have run will now be only a monthly changing menu."
