On Wednesday night, Chicago Bull's head coach Fred Hoiberg stopped by STK at the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas to drink Ferrari Rosa and Goldeneye wine before heading out with his wife. Miami Heat's Erik Spoelstra joined his coaches and team members and drank Tito’s and soda while eating a burrata salad, tuna tartare, kale salad with a 10-ouce filet and rib cap special for the main course. Dallas Mavericks' owner Mark Cuban was also spotted in a separate party with ex-NBA player Michael Finlay, previously of the Boston Celtics. Cuban ordered king crab, burrata and kale salad, sea bass and sipped on Tito’s and soda while trying to stay on the healthier side. Los Angeles Laker D'Angelo Russell, Miami Heat assistant coach Juwan Howard and David Diehl, formerly of the NFL's New York Giants, were all spotted in separate parties on Thursday evening. Russell ordered the burrata salad and a filet with lobster and corn pudding. Howard ordered a shellfish appetizer, lil' BRGs, ribeye, sea bass and doughnuts for dessert.
