Country music star John Rich of Big & Rich fame has revealed a little more information about his "Nashville style honky-tonk bar" headed to the Grand Bazaar Shops later this year. Named after his "lifestyle-brand" of boots, sandals and casual clothing, Redneck Riviera will sit directly above Wahlburgers, at the rear of the outdoor mall and directly accessible via bridge from the Bally's Las Vegas resort
Aiming for a fall debut, Rich warns guests they should be prepared to "to git down," as they will be including a stage for live music. Promising "cold beer" and "good times," the performer imagines the bar as "the kind of place where my friends and family could get together and turn it up after a hard day's work."
The Grand Bazaar has yet to formerly announce the venture.
Close by, K-Bap Korean BBQ is also touted as "coming soon," at the northern section of the Bazaar, across from Starbucks and below the future first Nevada home for Chicago's Giordano's and their famed deep dish pizza.
For quicker bites, new tenant I Love Hot Dogs is now serving regular kosher chili and turkey dogs priced between $3.99 and $6.99, with nachos available on the side. And locals Milk Truck Cookies have graduated from a family bakery specializing in catering, to a small outlet located close to the Strip, with cookie options like chocolate chip, peanut butter and oatmeal raisin, plus regular and walnut brownies.
