The Habit Burger Grill keeps chugging along with its plans to open 15 locations around Las Vegas. The company's third local outpost plans to debut this summer, with 117 dining seats, "including indoor and outdoor dining" and a California-inspired decor. Look for that location to open at 543 N. Stephanie St. in Henderson.
As previously revealed, the grill just opened 2,618 square feet of space at the Blue Diamond Ranch Center, at the corner of Decatur and Blue Diamond. That restaurant sits next to Cafe Rio.
The first Habit Burger Grill debuted locally in August 2015 at the Hughes Center, with a larger 86-seat footprint, but lacking the drive-thru option at the new venture.
The rapidly expanding franchise's specialty is cooking burgers over an open flame. French fries, onion rings and sweet potato fries are cooked in soybean oil, while the ranch dressing is "prepared in house daily." A 2014 Consumer Reports reader's poll placed Habit Burger Grill at number one, beating out rivals In-N-Out Burger and Five Guys Burgers and Fries.
