UNLV, you have the newest restaurant to open in Las Vegas. Vic Moea, who goes by Vic Vegas, debuts his new subway shop right off the UNLV campus on Maryland Parkway today.

He describes his 7 Sinful Subs restaurant as an "innovative concept hybrid [that] represents the taste of the classic New York Italian flavors using [c]hef Vic’s mom and grandmother’s ingredients but with the Las Vegas twist including great names combined with amazing flavor profiles for each of the menu items."

The compact menu here features just seven subs, including the Knuckle Sandwich with pepperoni and ham topped with melted mozzarella; the Skinny Dip with grilled shaved sirloin, sauteed onions, red roasted peppers with American cheese and melted mozzarella along with au just; the Club to the Head with sliced turkey, bacon and Swiss cheese; Jive Turkey with oven-roasted turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes, corn on the cob, cranberry sauce and gravy; Baller with meatballs, marinara and melted mozzarella; Italian Chick-en Vegas with a breaded chicken cutlet, marinara and melted mozzarella; and the Meat Hater with grilled zucchini, Italian squash, red roasted peppers and mozzarella on top.

Guests can order a "Good old Boring Sub " for $7.99 or go with a gluten-free wrap.

Everything clocks in between $7.99 and $9.99.
