Since 2010, The Venetian and Palazzo have celebrated the fall harvest at Festivino, a wine and food pairing event held last year facing the Strip on the resort’s Doge's Palace plaza.
This year, the festivities will undergo an upgrade and refresh on October 7, heading back to its original roots at the Azure Pool at The Palazzo and under the new name of Love and Vine.
From 7 to 10:30 p.m, only chefs who have earned the title Maîitres Cuisiniers de France, or Master Chefs of France, will be on hand to share their special menus prepared for the event.
Scheduled to appear:
Thomas Bellec – Beverly Wilshire, a Four Seasons Hotel, Beverly Hills, California
Olivier Dubreuil – executive chef of The Venetian and The Palazzo.
