Sure, Las Vegas has Louis XIII for $5,800 at a buffet, a $1,200 pour of cognac at Aria and more, but now the new Beauty & Essex at the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas has the newest way to throw down some cash and impress a date.
The restaurant from Chopped star Chris Santos now has a $2,000 dinner package that’s sure to impress.
The package features a seven-course dinner and a pearl necklace from the restaurant’s pawn shop-inspired retail store that comes served to the table with oysters and a bottle of Dom Perignon.
The menu that features Beauty & Essex’s signature multi-ethnic, share plate items serves four people. Course include dishes such as oysters, tuna poke wonton tacos, avocado toast, kale and apple salad, grilled cheese, smoked bacon and tomato soup dumplings, fish and chips tacos, basil pesto ravioli, a 10-ounce classic thick cut filet, sautéed kale and "les, nyc" doughnuts for dessert.
That pearl necklace is just the frosting.
