Described as the "largest redevelopment project on the historic corridor in over 20 years," plans have been submitted to the City of Henderson for a massive mixed-use project that will make you rethink downtown Henderson.
Proposed by SH4 Development and GC Garcia Inc., the 175,000-square-foot concept will create 111 apartments and an entire ground floor of commercial opportunities. Taking over the southwest corner of Water Street and Victory Road, The Revenant will sit almost flush with another recent addition to the block, Ladylady Brewing Co. SH4 were consultants on the brewery’s introduction to the neighborhood.
Current plans prepared by TSK Architects and KC Camis Architect call for a strip of six retailers to be anchored by a centerpiece, 6,057-square-foot, curved frontage restaurant. Plenty of patio space will be provided, not just for the main restaurant, to explicitly encourage impromptu "al fresco dining." Lovelady Brewing already features the option of buying 32-ounce crowler cans to go.

Those living in The Revenant will be able to access the building’s own patios, community garden, roof deck and a dog park.
A timetable for the ambitious project has yet to be revealed as it begins its journey through the approvals process. TSK is currently building their new offices and the first expansion of the Arts District’s Makers & Finders coffee shop, half a mile south on Water Street.
