Chef Kerry Simon’s final project debuts in Henderson today in the former home of Firefly. Standard & Pour brings together Simon Hospitality Group and Titan Brands with this gastropub, filling 4,732 square feet in the Terraza D' Alessio Plaza at the intersection of Eastern Avenue and Pecos Ridge Parkway, behind the new Kneaders Bakery and directly above The 052 bar and restaurant.
Chefs Cory Harwell and John Courtney created the menu with Jake Dieleman, formerly the executive sous chef of Carson Kitchen, taking over the executive chef duties here. The menu includes a port wine mac n’ cheese and escargot Wellington as well as crispy sesame rice with spicy tuna and eel sauce and wok charred edamame with ginger salt, lime and togarashi.
Guests find room for 31 in the lounge, 11 out on the patio and 24 in the private dining room. The main dining room with 74 seats and a 10-seat bar overlooking the exhibition kitchen.
