Take a look inside Mercato della Pescheria, the new restaurant from Miami’s V&E Restaurant Group at the Grand Canal Shoppes. The restaurant takes over Wolfgang Puck’s former Postrio on the replica of St. Mark's Square. The restaurant combines Italian fare with fresh seafood set up like a traditional Italian market found on the coast of Italy. Inside, find a dozen culinary stations, including the Pescheria, Macelleria, Pasta Mista, Il Forno and Formaggio. Grab cocktails at one of two bars called La Birra and Cantinetta.

The menu pulls together dishes from each of the stations with many served family style. Order yellowfin tuna from the crudo raw bar or a cured meats and cheese from the Saulermia and Formaggio stations. Plin ravioli, gnocchi, a 10-ounce filet mignon cooked in a "Josper" oven and grilled swordfish cooked in white wine, onion, tomatoes and parsley are just some of the dishes created by chef Francesco Schintu.

Guests can ask for a welcome tour to discover dishes that come from each of the stations.
