Customizable, as seen on TV and "100% vegan," the first Nevada outpost for Berkeley, Calif.-based Cinnaholic has opened their doors, bringing "gourmet cinnamon rolls" to Spring Valley.
Located at The Mall at Grand Canyon retail center, next door to breakfast and lunch restaurant Bite, Cinnaholic customers choose their preferred frosting and toppings, before the cinnamon rolls are individually prepared.
Created by husband-and-wife team Shannon and Florian Radke, Cinnaholic came to prominence on ABC TV's Shark Tank, attracting long lines for their "dairy & lactose-free, egg-free and cholesterol-free" rolls.

The Las Vegas menu includes frosting choices such as cream cheese, chai, cake batter, lemon, maple and marshmallow, while toppings include gingersnap cookies, pie crumble, pecans and peaches.
An "Old Skool Roll" with just a vanilla topping, costs $4.75, while each additional frosting costs .25 and each new topping .50. "Baby Buns," created with any single frosting, can be sampled for $1.75. Also available, $2 cookies, $2.50 brownies and an eight-ounce container of their cookie dough for $5.
