Take a look inside Standard & Pour, a joint venture created by Simon Hospitality Group and Titan Brands, now open in the Henderson. Simon already has Carson Kitchen in Downtown Las Vegas while Titan Brands has Hussong’s Cantina at Boca Park and Mandalay Place as well as Slice of Vegas. The 130-seat gastro lounge, the last project chef Kerry Simon worked on before his death last September, features a panoramic view of the Las Vegas Strip with a menu of shared plates.
Find a contemporary design inside, replete with accents of shou sugi ban charred wood, graphic floral wallpaper and fleur de lis-inspired tile. The 4,700-square-foot restaurant features a bar, lounge, main dining room with a live edge wood communal table, and outdoor patio dining. Guests can also choose to dine in the private dining, with space for 40 to 60 people inside the lounge or up to 30 people seated in the semi-private dining room.
Also of note, a table set aside for Simon, ready for him to return.
