The sushi burrito and poke trends show no signs of letting up in Las Vegas. The newest entrants comes from a former Nobu executive chef. Karu Wedhas created the menu at Tail & Fin, located in a retail center at the intersection of Maryland Parkway and Silverado Ranch Road. Chef Wedhas' resume includes stints at Nobu Las Vegas and Nobu Beijing.
Guests can find poke bowls and sushi burritos made with fresh fish and Japanese ingredients on the menu. Find dishes such as the Crabby Bastard burrito with soft shell crab, surimi crab, cucumber, tomato, furikake, avocado, pomegranate and unagi sauce; the Omega with salmon, surimi crab, romaine, tomato, avocado, red onion, ponzu and honey sesame aioli; or the O.G. with ahi tuna, salmon, yellowtail, romaine lettuce, green onion and cucumber.
Regular bowls or burritos go for $9.95 and large versions for $11.95.
