Since 2000, Pin Kaow Thai has been a favorite and reliable local name in Thai dining, eventually expanding to three destinations. But their second expansion, known as Pin Kaow 2, has been quietly taken over and given a new brand.
Siamese Bistro features the same chef, staff, recipes and attention to customer service offered by their predecessor since 2005. Located in a corner spot at the Rainbow Village Shopping Center, close to the intersection of Rainbow and Windmill, opening hours are daily from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. and opening at noon on Saturday and Sunday.

The interior design appears less busy than before and there is a fresh emphasis on promoting their full bar with new drinks such as a $4.95 watermelon or lychee frosty.
On the menu, crispy trout with lemongrass, catfish green curry, Pad Thai, Pad See Ew and Pad Woon Sen, a very spicy Hell curry and hot pots, such as Tom-Yum-Koong and the Po-tak, featuring mixed seafood in a lemongrass soup.
Pin Kaow still operates their original location at Rainbow and Lake Mead and their most recent project, close to the border with Henderson, at 9530 S. Eastern Ave.
